Band students kickoff the celebration for the Star Spangled Bicentennial, sharing the national athem history for USA Proud Learning across the country. The call-to national duty starts with this first story to inspire millions of youth to expand basic knowledge of our geography and nation, necessary to be prepare for future prosperity.
Captain Ladis Pasillas and the USA PROUD Riders are going town-to-town to open local windows. The photo-in-history shows the colorguard’s arrival at Mission San Juan Bautista on the historic DeAnza Trail for the Mayor’s “Bring Home The Meaning of History” ceremony. The volunteer riders are sharing the America500 celebration of the horse’s forgotten history in world geography, to reawaken the thirst for basic knowledge. The “Knowledge Patriot” mission is to inspire USA PROUD Learning: know the story of your town and the building of our nation.

Wow! 400 students at San Diego’s Mira Mesa High School assemble to make the photo-in-history to energize the USA PROUD Learning movement across the nation for Memorial Day Weekend. The California Highway Patrol flew over to take the picture as a community service project for teen traffic safety awareness.
